About a week ago, I hosted my very first blogger brunch at Ketsourine Macarons! It was so much fun planning and hosting this event for all the fashionistas and bloggers in the bay. I feel so fortunate that I get these opportunities to bring together some of my favorite fashion creatives! This was my first time hosting this type of event, so I had such an amazing time putting it together. It was such a dream! From the beginning works of brainstorming themes to the end of the brunch, I would do it all over again! I got to work with amazing people and brands like Ketsourine Macarons, Straw SF, Blue Line Pizza, Pale Petals, Rust and Thistle, and more! Their generous contributions helped me complete my perfect tea party brunch along with everything else that made it wonderful. With the help of sponsors, beautiful decorations, cute tea foods, fresh flower arrangements and crowns, and my tulle skirt, I’m not sure if I lived my 7 year old birthday party dream, my baby shower dream, my garden fairy bridal party dream, or my tea party brunch dream. Whichever it was, I definitely lived out a dream I’ve always had.

In all honesty, I put together my dream and perfect brunch! Thankfully, Ketsourine gave me complete freedom to do what I wanted for my brunch. I immediately was inspired to put on the cute pink and white (and gold) brunch I’ve always dreamt of! With Ketsourine Macarons beautiful white walls and bright window lighting, I knew I could transform the space into my dream brunch. With help from my two best friends, Ferdinand and Lauren, we DIYed all the decorations for weeks. My favorite was the flower wall.  We strung about 150 fake flowers of pink, white, and lavender onto string to cover the walls. They made for a perfect backdrop for everyone to take pictures with!

I loved all the cute touches all around the room. We draped some pink tulle across the top of the flower wall (super girly, I know, but so me!). We had some cute balloons around the room, along with a variety of hanging decorations. Gold, white, and pink tassels were strung around the walls & some DIY pink pom poms on the tables. Although everything was really stressful to put together, everything ended up working out and looking so dreamy together. Ambiance, Eyemino, and Posh Square sponsored our goody bags for all the fashionistas and blogger that attended! Of course we added some custom initialed macarons to the mix! Everyone loved theirs personalized macarons!

Another amazing sponsor at the party was Pale Petals for their breathtaking boxed floral arrangements. Their signature bright blue boxes were hard to miss, with their beautiful arrangement of white and pink flowers that decorated the room! One of my favorite personal touches to the party were the floral crowns made by Rust and Thistle. They hand made each flower crown for every guest! So many girls picked one up to wear during the party or for cute pictures! It made everyone look like cute garden fairies! I loved it!

We had some amazing food caterers sponsor my blogger brunch! Thank you Blue Line Pizza and Straw SF for your more than delicious munchies for me and my guests! Blue Line Pizza provided a variety of pizzas like pesto and deep dish! Straw SF is known for their cool carnival inspired food. They provided mini donut bugers (bomb!), beet salad, potato wedges, and bacon mac and cheese (SO BOMB!). Since this was a tea party, we had to put out cute desserts! We had little petite fours, cheesecakes, and of course, macarons! Ketsourine Macarons offered their specialty drinks! Flavors are thai tea, cold brew, and my personal favorite, earl grey strawberry pomegranate.  And of course, tea for the tea party!

I had an amazing time meeting new bloggers and catching up with old blogger friends! Everyone came in pastel and light colors, according to the theme! I ended up wearing a beautiful blush pink tulle skirt from Bliss Tulle. I got the Lauren, a 14 inch skirt. I thought it looked great on me, since I am only 5′ 1″ and pretty small, I didn’t want a huge and long tulle skirt overbearing my body. It was absolutely perfect for my party! And why not were a tulle skirt?! Where else would I wear one but at a dreamy fairy princess tea party? My top is a vintage white eyelet blouse I found in my mom’s closet (thank goodness she kept most of her clothes!) It was the perfect length to hit my body with the skirt on. & I love the eyelet detailing throuhout! I brought out my 5.5 inch Steve Madden t-strap pumps! I love the thick gold heel and the amazing height it gives me! I seriously love the look I went for. I felt like a garden fairy princess.
